Foundations of Mantra

Level 1

Dates: February 21-27, 2025

Immerse yourself in the transformative power of sound and vibration through the Foundations of Mantra Level 1 program. This course is designed to deepen your connection to sacred sound, empowering you to harness its benefits for personal and spiritual growth.

Continuing Education Credits: 80 CEUS

Eligibility: Completion of the Kriya module is required to participate.

200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training:

Complete your transformative journey toward becoming a certified yoga teacher with the Hatha Yoga Foundations module. This program serves as the final step in the 200- hour Yoga Teacher Training certification, blending the wisdom of traditional Hatha Yoga with modern teaching methodologies.

Participants must complete both the Foundations of Kriya and Breathwork and the Foundations of Mantra Level 1 modules to enroll in this final training module.

Himalayan Kriya & Breathwork Teacher Training


Dates: January 24–30, 2025

 

Embark on a transformative journey combining the wisdom of Himalayan Breathwork and Kriya Yoga. This comprehensive program blends the foundational principles of Kriya and advanced breathwork practices to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to guide others in these powerful traditions

Program Highlights:

The Science of Breath and Kriya

  • Understand the physiology of breath, the mechanics of proper breathing, and its role in managing stress.

  • Explore the mechanisms of Kriya Yoga and its connection to subtle energy centers (chakras) and layers of being (koshas).

  • Learn how breathwork facilitates altered states of consciousness, meditation, and healing.

Kundalini & Tantric Practices

  • Dive into the origins and applications of Tantric and Kundalini kriyas.

  • Practice foundational and advanced kriyas to balance energy, enhance clarity, and awaken higher awareness.

Teaching Skills and Practice

  • Develop essential teaching attributes, including how to structure and lead 1:1 sessions, group Breathwork Journeys, and therapeutic practices.

  • Gain confidence through supervised teaching practice, learning to guide students safely and effectively.

  • Explore business approaches to building your breathwork and Kriya teaching offerings.

Therapeutic Applications

  • Study the role of breathwork in addressing mental health challenges, trauma, and breathing disorders.

  • Learn to apply breath and Kriya practices in therapeutic and professional settings.

  • Tantric Philosophy & Prana Technologies

  • Understand the energetic principles of Tantric philosophy, including the role of prana and mantra technologies in personal transformation.


Program Structure:
Level 1: Foundations of Kriya and Breathwork (January 24–30, 2025) – Ideal for beginners and experienced practitioners.

Accessibility Options: We are making this offering accessible to those who can’t be present in person by providing live online sessions and recorded materials for later access.

Eligibility: Open to all levels, including yoga teachers, healers, allied health professionals, and those starting their teaching journey.


Certification: Graduates will receive certification as a Himalayan Breathwork & Kriya Facilitator, with 80 CEUs available for continuing education.


By the end of this program, you will have the knowledge, practice, and tools to guide others in Himalayan Breathwork and Kriya, bringing profound transformation to both personal and professional settings.

Foundations of Mantra Level 1

Dates: February 21–27, 2025

Mantra Initiation

Sacred Practices

Naad Yoga

  • Explore the principles of Naad Yoga to understand vibrational harmony and its role in creating a state of inner balance and peace.

Advanced Preparation

  • Build a strong foundation for integrating mantra kriyas into your spiritual journey, fostering deeper self-awareness and connection to your inner essence.

Program Structure

This immersive, week-long training integrates experiential learning, guided practice, and community engagement, offering a comprehensive introduction to the power of mantra and sacred sound.


Eligibility:
Completion of the Kriya module is required to participate. This prerequisite ensures you have the foundational understanding to fully engage with the program’s teachings.


Continuing Education Credits:
Participants will earn 80 CEUs, contributing to their ongoing professional and personal development.

Upon successful completion of the Kriya, Mantra, and Hatha Yoga modules, participants will earn a globally recognized 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification.

Eligibility:
Participants must complete both the Foundations of Kriya and Breathwork and the Foundations of Mantra Level 1 modules to enroll in this final training module.

Integration Coursework

  • Complete reflective integration assignments post-contact hours.

  • Log a personal 40+ day sadhana to deepen your practice.

  • Embark on a SEVA (volunteer service) project and share your transformative experience.
